Abstract | Digital computer data procedures are described for assembling hydrographic data for streamflow records. Detailed description of analysis theory and solutions of streamflow problems are discussed relative to graphical and mechanical procedure. The compilation of the all important annual water year streamflow figures are explained. Forms of data and graphs are exhibited to show the logical procures followed in this process to assure prompt and correct data for predicting power output and water management between reservoirs. Over 600 gaging stations were involved for more than 50 years of records. |
