| Abstract | Snowmelt rates vary in timing and magnitude depending on a number of factors. Snowmelt models attempt to simulate the snowmelt process based on meteorological factors, but very few actual . measurements are available for validation purposes. This paper summarizes actual daily snowmelt data and compares the results to values reported in the literature. |
