Abstract | This paper illustrates an improved, efficient method for calibrating the watershed portion of the Streamflow Synthesis and Reservoir Regulation model (SSARR). This is made possible by the recent advances in the personal computer (PC) version of the model, together with advances in the new highly developed personal computers.Calibrations are performed interactively within the framework of the SSARR data processing system, operating under an MS-DOS environment. The system provides generalized parameter functions, water balance determinations, statistical error evaluations, and graphical screen displays of results. |
