Abstract | Electronic sensors supported on towers simultaneously measured the influx of snow falling into a forest and a clearing, in experiments to compare fluxes during storms with those occurring when wind redistributed intercepted snow after snowfall ceased. The latter process was intermittent and showed very low fluxes compared to those during storms. |
