| Abstract | The report of the Weather Modification Advisory Board, presented to the Secretary of Commerce in July 1978 after 14 months of work, is discussed. The Board was appointed in response to the National Weather Modification Policy Act of 1976, and was charged with investigating the present status of the subject and developing a national policy theron. The conclusions of the Board are discussed including the conduct of a national research and development program and the creation of a commission called the National Weather Resources Management Board. |
