Reminiscences of Eastern Snow Conferences, 1950-1981

The author, with the able assistance of several long-time members and former members of the Eastern Snow Conference, has prepared an historical note on the development and history of that organization. We are seeking to bring back memories of people and events unknown to many of today's membership, but still very much alive in the minds of many others of us. We particularly wish to highlight cooperative efforts of the Eastern Snow Conference with government agencies, federal, provincial and state, on both sides of the border, as well as the numerous corporations that have contributed generously to our endeavors.
